Nghe An Wood Processing Plant project, with a total area of 40 hectares, owned by Joint Stock Company is developed within the framework of Building a wood processing plant and sustainable development of forestry in Nghe An province project. Nghe An province enjoys many favorable conditions of geography, soil, hydrological climate and especially abundant forestry resources together with promising social economic conditions in the future.

JSC supplies wood products such as finger joint board, sawn board and MDF board for imports and exports, meeting the demand for construction in our country as well as for the industrialization and modernization phase of the country.

Nghe An Wood Processing Plant, owned by Joint Stock Company, had its groundbreaking in February 2013 with a total investment of USD 500 million, including a Sawmill plant which has USD 150 million investment and 12.000m3/year capacity and an MDF plant which has USD 350 million investment and 400.000m3/year capacity.

Our products meet international standards and have high competitiveness even in the difficult markets of US, EU, Japan as we selected only the best technology and equipment vendors in the world. They are:
Forming line, press system and raw board handling from Dieffenbacher GmbH; defibrator from Metso Paper Sweden AB; chipper, cleaner and storage from Hombak/CarpenterieMetalliche de ColzateS.r.l; sanding machine from Steinemann Technology AG; and cut-to-size from Anthon GmbH Under the management and supervision of JSC and foreign professionals, our products could meet every standard for wood products. We harmonize experiences and enthusiasm of well-trained staff members. We aim for customers satisfaction with the best quality and services and for the sustainable development of forestry in the future.

MDF

SIZE

Thickness (mm) 2.5-38

Size (ft) 4 x 8 (Net & Free-trim available)

Medium-density fibreboard (MDF) is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into woodfibres, often in a defibrator, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure. It is specially manufactured for furniture and joinery industries.

It is dense, flat, stiff, has no knots and is easily machined. Because it is made up of fine particles it does not have an easily recognisable surface grain. MDF can be painted to produce a smooth quality surface. Because MDF has no grain it can be cut, drilled, machined and filed without damaging the surface. MDF may be dowelled together and traditional woodwork joints may even be cut. MDF may be glued together with PVA wood glue. Oil, water-based paints and varnishes may be used on MDF. Veneers and laminates may also be used to finish MDF We also manufacture low emission product (E1, E0, CARB P1, P2). Its formaldehyde content of standard grade MDF can vary according to the nature of the urea formaldehyde used as a binding agent.

Finger Jointing

SIZE

Type Jointing: Vertical Jointing, Horizontal Jointing

Quality 2.5-38

Size (ft) 4 x 8 (Net & Free-trim available)

Application

Finger joints make it possible to manufacture glulam boards and solid timber products
of any desired length from short boards or solid timber pieces. The finger joint creates a high-strength longitudinal bond between shorts to yield a high-quality semi-finished timber product that can either be used directly in construction or further processed into engineered wood products such as glued laminated timber, etc.

Specification

- PVAcAdhesive:
PVAcis a type of adhesive which is suitable for jointing hard wood such as ash, elm, etc., or soft wood such as rubber. It can be cured at normal temperature or by heating. As a neutral pH adhesive and free from toxic subtances such as Formaldehyde, Phenol,
heavy metal, etc.,
it has no impacts on quality and properties of the wood. In addition, it is also moisture, heat and solvent resistant.
